Who owns and runs this program?

Can anyone join?
As long as you are 18 years of age. Yes.
How much does your program cost me?
There is a ONE TIME $20 membership fee.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no monthly fees whatsoever.
Are there any other fees I should know about?
YES There is a 10% withdrawal fee.
The admin of this program DOES NOT earn anything upfront, or during the automatic upgrading process.
Your one time $20 entry fee is used to pay your upline $15 as per the program, the other $5 is used
to cover Alertpay fees, for referral contests, for site advertising, new products, new scripts, pay our programmer as needed for
site updates, server payments, and other associated site fees. All money coming into the program is used FOR the program.
When commissions from the program are awarded (cashed out)
90% is paid to members / 10% to admin
Most programs collect admin fees up front.
This program: Admin ONLY earns AFTER you have earned!
Example: If you earn $15 and request a cash out, you agree to pay the admin 10% ($1.50)
and the remaining balance will be sent to your processor account.
What processors do you use?
This program accepts payments, and pays all commissions through Payza (previously Alertpay) at anytime.

We also accept membership payments and pay commissions through STP as a secondary processor.
Payout through STP is depending upon availability of funds at the time of request. If STP funds are
not available, you may always request commissions through our main processor Payza.
You say admin does not earn upfront? What happes with the extra $5.00?
Membership payments are $20, commission per payment is $15. The other $5 is used to pay the Alertpay processing fees (up to $2.50 per payment),
for the domain, server payments, to pay for scripts, the programmer as mods are needed, advertising, to run referral contests, cover charge backs, buy new products, or other program enhancements.
All money collected up front is used for program costs and DOES NOT go in the admin's pocket! This money belongs to, and is used only for the program and its members.
Admin earns 10% on cash out. 90% of any money earned through the program is paid to members, admin earns 10% for the full time work required to keep the program and all of its operations running.
Can I take multiple positions?
Yes. You can sign up for multiple positions under yourself, just please remember that you must
be able to make 3 sales under each position that you take. You will only be hurting yourself and
your upline by purchasing more positions then you can fill. So please keep this in mind while purchasing.
You will need to use a different email address for each account.
Do I have to refer anyone to earn?
YES Although there could be spill over as the compensation plan is only 3 wide, you SHOULD NOT
depend on your upline to do all the work for you.
Unlike other programs, we DO NOT try to hide the fact that to make the commission plan
work as described, members must make sales! Just like any honest affiliate program out there, members
are paid commissions based on sales of our membership pack. NO SALES = NO COMMISSIONS to be paid. Does Amazon
or Clickbank pay you affiliate commissions if you don't sell their products? Of course not.
With our affiliate program instead of paying 1 level commission per sale, we put a HUGE twist on things!
Our system is called: The Get THREE... let it ride affiliate program - EVERYONE coming into the program must make 3 sales to make the program work!
This is listed on the front
page of the site, it is here on the FAQ page, on the details page, on the join page, and posted to the main members page. Please do
not make the error of thinking this is a fully passive earning program. You are told in advance before signing up
that you must get 3 sales on your level 1. (Either by you, or through spill over) Once you have your three, help those three get three if possible! If
everyone can get three, and then ensure that their level 1 gets three, the program will work as designed. No matter what ad you may have seen
online, what blog you may have read, what a team has promised you coming in, there are NO PROMISES OR CLAIMS made here with the actual program, by the owner, or on
any page of this website that says members will be placed under you! Please plan on getting your own three affiliate sales after joining. If someone, or a certain team has promised you
spill over, please take that matter up with the person or team, and NOT the program owner!
What happens if I refer more than 3 members?
Forced matrix means that you can only have 3 members on your level one.
If you bring in more than 3, they will spill over, under one of the
members below you. As members above you are promoting, any members they
bring in and there is no more room on a level, they also spill down which could
help you fill your downline! Members fill in from top to bottom,
left to right in order as they spill down.
I show free members in my downline? Is there a "FREE" part to the program?
When you refer a member that signs up, but does not pay for membership, their information is provided to you in your back office.
These members CAN NOT log in, they can not refer others, they are actually not a part of the system. Their information is provided
to you so you can contact them to see if they need help, or have questions, or may have had issues during the sign up and payment process.
This is for your information only. If a free member does not make payment and become a full paid in member within 14 days, their
information is removed at that time.
Is there a direct sponsoring bonus paid?
No, however by bringing in more than three you are helping your downline with spill over.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON that your refer to the program will eventually be making a $15 payment
to you, so bring in as many as you possibly can!
Can I use earned funds to purchase my upgrade?
This is how the entire program works! Your first payment on all levels is used to automatically
upgrade your membership to the next level. You continue to earn from all levels until they are full.
EXAMPLE: You are on the TOPAZ level. Someone just paid you to upgrade to that level.
This is your first payment at this level. This first payment is used to raise your membership to the CITRINE level.
You still have 8 more payments you can collect from the TOPAZ level.
Do I have to fill a level all the way to cycle and upgrade?
No, your first payment into any level upgrades your account! You can possibly be automatically
upgraded all the way to the DIAMOND level, yet still collecting from all past levels behind you.

What do I get for my payment?
Please go to the top and click on HOME, read the entire left side of the front page which
explains what all you will receive with your membership with the program.
Can I just pay to go to the highest level membership?
ALL members coming in must start on the first level membership and work their way up through to the highest
level. No levels can be by-passed or skipped over.
The program is not working for me! Can I get a refund?
As stated in our program terms / Which you agreed to upon joining:
You understand that your initial purchase into the 10LevelRiches program is made for 1) Your lifetime membership
with the 10LevelRiches program, 2) Your $40 store voucher, and advanced affiliate membership entry with our online content store: SoftPortWay.com,
3) Your membership and upgrade with Hitcounter5, and 4)Your lifetime webpage with MyPerWeb.
Once your membership payment is received, your account is automatically activated through Payza, STP IPN,
commissions are paid to your upline, automatic upgrades take place, your products, downloads, and services are available immediately.
Due to all processes happening automatically that can not be reversed, NO REFUNDS CAN OR WILL BE GIVEN! If you have problems with your signup, voucher, downloads, etc., please contact the admin of the program so that arrangements can be made to take care of
your issues. But again NO REFUNDS CAN OR WILL BE GIVEN!
How exactly do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, simply email admin@10levelriches.com and provide your user info, and ask that your
membership be removed.
SPECIFIC MEMBERSHIP AREA QUESTIONS
Im missing money from my matrix earnings?
* You must remember that the 1st $15 payment to you from each matrix or membership level, is automatically used
to upgrade your account to the next level.
Example: On membership level 1, the Cubic Zirconia level. You have referred 3 others into your downline on level 1.
When you click on "MATRIX POSITIONS" you will see that on your level one of the Cubic Zirconia level you show 3 people.
You will also show $30 in earnings. *The first $15 earned was used to upgrade your account to the Topaz membership level.
What levels do I earn my actual payments from when I view my "MATRIX POSITIONS" page?
Remember that each membership level someone climbs, that is one level higher you must make your automatic upgrade payment to.
So as you view your different matrix positions (membership levels) you will only be collecting payments from certain level downlines.
Example: You brought in three under you on the Cubic Zirconia level. Your account was upgraded with the first payment. When you
view your "MATRIX POSITIONS" page, you will see Your Cubic Zirconia level has 3 downline members on level 1. As these referrals also get
automatically upgraded, they will again fall under you into your TOPAZ level on level 1. You DO NOT earn from these same referrals again. As
their referrals (your downline level 2) move over under you into the Topaz level, they are the ones that must now pay 2 levels up to you.
So to break it down for you please use the chart below to figure out what levels pay you in which matrix, and how many:
